About the Firm
Richardson Adams, PLLC specializes in energy and public utility law. The firm primarily represents energy and utility clients in transactional matters, as well as in administrative contested cases, and litigation. The firm has a long history of specializing in the energy law field and helping clients navigate through the complex regulatory structure governing energy and public utility transactions and disputes.
Richardson Adams, PLLC began as Richardson& O’Leary, PLLC, when Peter Richardson left a large regional firm to open a boutique energy and public utility law firm in 1999. In 2009, Gregory Adams joined the firm as an associate serving the firm’s clients primarily in the areas of energy and utility law, but also in other litigation matters. In 2013, the firm’s name changed when Mr. Adams joined Mr. Richardson as a principal of the firm. We strive to provide the highest quality legal representation with the personal touch and reasonable rates of a small firm.
